Ciara McKenna

Ciara is a Chartered Physiotherapist, She holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences with a specialisation in Manual Therapy from KU Leuven in Belgium. She is also completing a second master in Performance Coaching with Setanta College.

Ciara’s focus is on utilising a wide range of manual techniques to ease symptoms and creating individualised rehab programs for her patients. Ciara has a keen interest in treating, not only the symptom of injury but also the person as a whole. She assists in identifying and addressing factors inhibiting recovery with therapy, education and self-management techniques. She is also teaches Pilates and strength based classes.

Ciara has worked at international level as team physio for the U16 girls Irish Hockey team.

  • 2018 BSc. Physiotherapy, Saxion University of Applied Sciences (NL).
