We are very sorry to tell you the very sad news that the wonderful Didi O’Sullivan passed away on the 19th of May.

She was a much loved and fabulous colleague and friend and we miss her dearly. RIP Didi.

Didi O’Sullivan

MMT, BSc, APA Musculoskeletal physiotherapist, MISCP

Didi is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Masters in Manual Therapy from the University of Western Australia, Perth who has spent most her working career between New Zealand and Australia. She has worked at a high level in sports treating athletes of all ages. While in New Zealand she worked in a Sports clinic that specialised in Rugby – catering for amateur athletes all the way up to international rugby players including members of the New Zealand 7’s rugby team. She likes to combine manual therapy, dry needling and sports specific exercises into patient’s rehabilitation programs.

While in Australia she worked closely with some of the leading orthopaedic foot and ankle specialists treating their patient’s pre and post operatively. She also developed a keen interest in treating chronic low back issues, whiplash and headaches. She is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor and has several years experience in carrying out mat and reformer based classes.

  • Pilates Clinician – DMA clinical Pilates trained.

  • 2013 – Masters of Manual Therapy – University of Western Australia, Perth.

  • 2008 – BSc Physiotherapy – University College Dublin.

  • Physiotherapist at Ponsonby Rugby club, Auckland 2009-2011.

  • Auckland Maori NPC rugby team physiotherapist 2010.

  • Physiotherapist for the Australasian GAA games 2010.

  • Dublin Senior Ladies GAA physiotherapist 2008.

Personal Sporting Profile

  • Represented Kerry Ladies at U-16, minor and senior level GAA.

  • Represented Australasia in the inaugural GAA world games 2015.

  • Black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

  • Completed Marathons including the great wall of China marathon and several half marathons.
